- Papers must follow Springer LNCS format (LaTeX or Word template)
- Full papers: 10–12 pages including references and figures
- Short papers: 6–8 pages
- Posters: 4 pages
- All submissions must be in English
- PDF format only; file size must not exceed 10 MB
- Submissions must be anonymized for double-blind review
Review Process
Each submission will undergo a double-blind peer review by at least three members of the Technical Program Committee. Evaluation criteria include originality, technical quality, relevance to the conference scope, and clarity of presentation.
Topics of Interest
Special Sessions
ICACIS 2026 invites proposals for special sessions on emerging and focused topics within the scope of the conference. Accepted special sessions will be included in the main conference proceedings.
Registration
At least one author of each accepted paper must register by the camera-ready deadline. All registered participants will receive conference kit, meals, and access to all sessions.
